PETITION to PARLIAMENT
Since the publishing of my book "Battling the Giant" I decided I would take the step of requesting an inquiry into ACC.

So you know what my petition is, I have reproduced it here.
Petition request
That the House of Representatives urge the Government to establish a Royal Commission of inquiry to investigate what I believe are miscarriages of justice by ACC to claimants and entitlements.
Petition reason
I believe that over the 50 years since ACC was established there have been numerous injustices by ACC; in particular, but not limited to, what in my view has been ACC battling many claimants over entitlements, in some cases for many years, then finally and after great financial and emotional cost to claimants, admitting liability.
